Oxxy pricing
Price per business, by team size, in Brazilian reais (R$). No setup fee, no lock-in on monthly plans, and the same price on every channel. Starter, Standard and Advanced have a 7-day no-card trial; Corporate and Enterprise require Oxxy activation.
Available today: records, scheduling and tasks on Starter; basic finance from Standard; on Advanced, private clause templates during the trial. CRM, time tracking, customer billing, automations, accounting, clinical records and field services are in preparation and are not included in the current purchase.

On Enterprise, seats 11 through 30 cost R$ 34.90 each; seats 31 through 100 cost R$ 24.90 each. Corporate and Enterprise await Oxxy activation and have no free trial.
How billing works
- Price per business, by team size. One business per subscription.
- For the first 3 months the intro price applies; from the 4th month, the list price. Oxxy lets you know 15 days ahead, and both prices are shown from the first click.
- Extra person, from Starter through Corporate: R$ 34.90 a month for the first 3 months and R$ 44.90 after that. On Enterprise: R$ 34.90 for seats 11–30 and R$ 24.90 for seats 31–100.
- No setup fee.
- Text chat with Orbi, Oxxy’s AI, is included in every plan, with no paid add-on.
- Monthly plans have no lock-in: cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee, and access lasts until the end of the month already paid.
- 7-day free trial, no card, on Starter, Standard and Advanced. In the Starter trial, Orbi is text only. In Standard and Advanced trials, use Orbi voice only when the product itself shows it as active; the allowance displayed in the product is the one that applies.
- Yearly: you pay for 10 months and use 12, from the first month. If you started at the intro price and switch to yearly, the full amount already paid is deducted from the yearly price. At the table's base prices, with no extra people, R$ 1,403 remains on Standard and R$ 2,333 on Advanced after 3 paid months.
- If you cancel the yearly plan, unused months become credit for when you come back, with no cash refund. The right of withdrawal for online purchases under Brazilian consumer law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, art. 49) still applies.
- The price is the same on every channel.
- Billing your customers by Pix, boleto or card is in preparation and is not included in the current purchase. No payment is processed automatically.
- Official WhatsApp is in preparation. Allowances, overages and campaigns are not yet part of the current purchase.
